I wish I’d read these reviews before...
I wish I’d read these reviews before signing up. I cancelled my plan to a free one and couldn’t work out how to cancel the account altogether. Then £360 was taken from my account. Their customer service is painfully slow to respond. I do have a screenshot of my account listed as personal/free so am hopeful I will get my money back but this has caused me a lot of unnecessary stress and worry as a newly self-employed person.

Fraud company is a Hootsuite!
Fraud company is Hootsuite! Unauthorised charging of our credit card during trial period, only promises and lies about refundS. If there is any legal case against them, we will support it.

Unauthorized Charges
I closed our company account for Hootsuite and they continued charging our credit card! I can't even log into our account as it no longer exists and they won't respond to my messages and just keep charging. I now have to contact my credit card company as these are unauthorized payments.

"Love using Hootsuite"
What do you like best about Hootsuite? I like that I can have all my client's social media in one place. It makes it easy for my team to post and see who has done what. What do you dislike about Hootsuite? In the beginning I couldn't post to Instagram. What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you? We solved a time issues by using Hootsuite instead of doing everything individually. We have more time to create now.

Never experienced this before with any…
Never experienced this before with any other company. After a "free trial" they charged 1500 euros without permission or transparancy. As a company we use a lot of tools with or without visa but we have never experienced this. This is not ethical business embodies. Stay away from them!
