"Easy to use"

What do you like best about Hootsuite? The free version has everything I need, it's very intuitive to use. What do you dislike about Hootsuite? It's a little clunky when you try to integrate Instagram. Recommendations to others considering Hootsuite: For the price, you simply can't beat Hootsuite. What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you? I don't use it for Instagram because of the difficulties.

We are a small business that recently signed up to hootsuite for the 1 month trial period to see whether or not we wanted to use such services for our social media plans. The employee that signed the business up to hootsuite became furloughed within the free monthly trial, due to the recent COVID-19 national pandemic.
