They practise illegal and criminal behaviour. When "testing their service for free" they ask for a pament method. Even after immediatly, switching back to "free" account. You get charged around 300€ after the "test period" is over. Even after proofing this to the support, I had to spend much time and nerves + wait 1 month for my refund. On top of that, PayPal is now charging me a penatly fee because the payment method wasn´t up-to-date (which was on purpose as I never purchased any ...
