"Great for ALL skill levels of social media marketing!"

What do you like best about Hootsuite? The ease and simplicity of use is wonderful, anyone at any skill level can use it and understand it. The multi-streams is very helpful in seeing ALL the clutter coming in from all social channels and be able to make sense of it quickly and react or respond. What do you like best about Hootsuite? I've used both Hootsuite and HubSpot for social media scheduling. Nonprofit rate is a lie.

My organization was granted the non-profit rate and then I was charged for the annual subscription. I've submitted a help ticket. Hootsuite has no phone number. I've also submitted a dispute with my payment processor as Hootsuite has just taken my ENTIRE PAYCHECK. I'd like the FULL ANNUAL Payment with all taxes and fees returned ASAP. It's bad enough that since I've "upgraded" I have more "message failed to send" messages than not - now you charge me? It's been 2.5 hours since I submitted ...

"Great for the busy marketer!"

What do you like best about Hootsuite? Using the free plan, I am able to post simultaneously on all of our social media sites. We use the “big three” - Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram. It also allows me to track post analytics in a much easier fashion. Other features I like include the chance to preview posts (and what they look like on all sites) before publishing, as well as the ability to schedule posts up to three months in advance! What do you like best about Hootsuite? I love how you can tag accounts inside Hootsuite's post creator. Its integration with various social network account search is amazing. Every time I write a post and want to tag someone, I don't have to switch to the Twitter to check if I got their username correctly, just type @ and start typing out the company and you'll see the accounts by that name. What do you like best about Hootsuite? It's easy to set up a post and attach images on my company's multiple social media accounts. I also like how easy it is to evaluate the performance of each account during specific time frames. I've been charged unknowingly and requested a refund

*Update: I've received a refund after a request. But I do think their refund process should be much clearer, easier and fairer. So -1 star for that. Also -1 star for not being able to post videos or carousel (multiple pictures). Basically it's very limited, but it would be great as it is very convenient to post on multiple platforms from one place.
