The only likeable thing is that one can respond to comments and schedule posts on multiple social media platforms and the analytics is good and easy for monitoring views, likes, reach, etc. Apart from that its not very appealing. I needed Hoosuit for a college class. I used the free trail and canceled before it ended but my card was STILL CHARGED! I need a refund!

I signed up to trial the service for 30 days yesterday and woke up this morning to see that I had been charged £341 for the annual fee! This is an absolute disgrace - since when has a free trial meant that money has been taken out of the account straight away? I have raised a case and will be following this through until I get refunded. I will not be recommending hootsuite to anyone!
