What do you like best about Hootsuite? I like the ability to post on all the platforms I needed to including facebook, twitter, and Linkedin. AVOID HOOTSUITE AT ALL COSTS

Signed up for the free trial to decide if it was worth it. It wasn’t, so trying to cancel before trial ends so as not to get charged but they make it IMPOSSIBLE to cancel payments and even log into your account! Apparently to cancel I can’t do it on the app. But to login online I need a code to be emailed to me to even log in - when I request the code it doesn’t come! What do you like best about Hootsuite? I'm a fan of the calendar tool and drag-n-drop functionality and the reviews process. Inputing copy/graphics to a social post also works as it should. What do you dislike about Hootsuite? Overall design of the platform is a bit blocky and outdated. What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you? Social scheduling of course - with the aim of planning ahead as much as possible.

As quite a lot of other reviews have mentioned, I signed up for the free 30 day trial on Tuesday this week, checked my bank account today (payday from work) and saw a payment waiting to go out this afternoon for £360!
