What do you like best about Hootsuite? It allows you to schedule posts/tweets. It allows you to see all platforms at one place. I could not have managed to monitor and post on multiple social media accounts in real time myself without a tool like hootsuite. Bill for an entire year - but great resolution.

I saw many issues about getting billed annually after the trial period, so I wasn't hopeful. I also thought it was going to be monthly billing after the trial. I got into contact with them 30-minutes after an entire annual subscription was taken from my PayPal and have since been refunded by wonderful customer service people on Facebook & Live Chat. Although, I think the standard should be a monthly subscription, I can't say enough about the fast action and friendly help I got afterwards.

Missing features and rubbish customer service

So I took out a free trial and thought it's OK noticed its missing a few features but it was a free trial it is probably worth about £10-£15pm Max. Anyway so I was going to cancel however the final day of my free trial they had charged my card £340 so this before the free trial ended utter shocking. I have emailed them multiple times but it appears they really don't give a toss as never bothered to reply, I have posted on just about all thier social posts which they will likely have seen ...
