What do you like best about Hootsuite? As I used hootsuite within a small startup with limited ressources, the main benefit of the tool was that we could use it for free as long as you don't want to manage too many accounts with it. What do you like best about Hootsuite? The software is user friendly and easy to get up and running, especially for new users in organizations. What do you dislike about Hootsuite? I'm very upset that they charged me $…

I'm very upset that they charged me $ 348 for one year and it was automatically paid. They took the annual option and not the monthly all this was without my consent. The worst thing is, there is no way that money will be returned and they have no direct way of providing customer service. It does not deserve one a star, it should put 0 stars.

Risk getting your Instagram account banned.

Avoid this platform like a plague. I signed up and linked my business Instagram page. The next day I had an alert from Instagram telling me my account had been compromised and I risk getting the account banned due to inauthentic activity which goes against their community guidelines. I am now blocked from all activities on Instagram for two weeks which is very detrimental to my business. I wish I had read the reviews on here first, luckily I am cancelling and opening an dispute with PayPal ...

Hootsuite will save you a ton of time when it comes to keeping up with posting on each platform. The moble app is also extremely helpful for when you have to create, edit, or check posts on the go. Signed up for free trial, they charged us anyway - outraged

We are a small charity in the UK, we signed up for the free trial of Hootsuite and have just been charged £360. I have filed a complaint and am waiting for follow up. Not recommended at all.

Charged $350 for a platform I don't use.

I signed up for a free trial, and like everyone else here, was charged for the ANNUAL instead of MONTHLY from there forward. I tried to get a refund through Hootsuite, and it says they don't offer refunds?? This is crazy. I never even used the platform because it didn't meet my client's needs. I've filed a claim through my bank. I need a refund.

"Straightforward and Visual"

What do you like best about Hootsuite? Hootsuit's Planner screen is really helpful to see where posts are and how spaced out they are. What do you dislike about Hootsuite?
