"Easy Peasy"

What do you like best about Hootsuite? I love the fact that I can schedule many posts for several platforms once a week instead of daily. My day is filled with last-minute demands, so it really takes the heat off! What do you dislike about Hootsuite? I wish the mobile app was a little more user-friendly. What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you? I had trouble linking our Facebook page, but we got it figured out.

What do you like best about Hootsuite? I love using HootSuite to schedule posts for my classroom twitter. What do you dislike about Hootsuite? Sometimes all the features do not work 100% on my district network. What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you? I can keep my students and parents updated when it's convenient for me.

I didn't like how you couldn't automatically post from an instagram profile to a facebook group. There was no way to connect the two. I am a Social Media student and signed up for Hootsuite’s trial as I thought I might need it for an assignment. A month later, with no warning emails about my account or trial and $200 taken out of my account. Really hoping to get it refunded as I don’t use the service and am struggling enough as a student but looking at these reviews the chances are slim. What do you like best about Hootsuite? Hootsuite is easy to use, I love the fact that all the platforms that I use can be shown on the same page and the publisher screen makes it so easy to see exactly what you publishing on each day at a glance. Moving posts is easy to do and is as simple as drag and drop , adding media is easy. It's just perfect ! What do you dislike about Hootsuite? I haven't found one downside to this platform. Scheduling can only happen every 5 minutes, you're not able to schedule something for less than five minutes out and the calendar view is a little uncomfortable. What do you like best about Hootsuite? Hootsuite is a very polished platform and reduces the workload significantly when creating and scheduling social media content across multiple platforms. Hoot suite billing issue

Update. I was contacted by the company and I’m pleased to say that I have received a full refund. Again I’d like to say I have no issues with the software itself just the billing system. I’d like to thank Camilla for the help in this matter. Beware they took nearly $2000 AUD from my bank account when the free trial ended without so much as an email to notify me. Doubled the subscription price and auto-renewed for 2 years without any agreement to do so. It should be illegal to do this, and shows the morals of such businesses.
