Buyer beware! First - an outdated, clunky interface. Did not support TikTok - one of the most important social media channels?! We moved on to a more flexible and modern option (Zoho Social). Secondly - we had an annual subscription. They require TWO MONTHS notice to cancel the NEXT years' service. The person who signed the agreement left and we were not aware of the terms. "Easy to Use with Good Reporting"

What do you like best about Hootsuite? Hootsuite is a great tool to use, that I use on a daily basis. The scheduling is (mostly) seamless, and easy to create something on the fly. Once you get the hang of it, the reporting is great and helps with my quarterly reports. What do you dislike about Hootsuite?
