"Hootsuite is fantastic and easy to use!"

What do you like best about Hootsuite? I like how I can schedule posts in advance and see a calendar of posts that are coming up. I also love that I can see mentions because it gives me a chance to see what folks are saying about us. The reports feature is also super helpful for helping us strategize our next steps. Charged after a cancelled trial period

I had a trial phase with Hootsuite, but I never used any of their features or services at all. 2 months later I get charged the full amount despite cancelling the subscription and not using Hootsuite at all. I don't recommend even checking out their service. I'll update this review if I get my refund, until then, stay away. Edit: They agreed to issue a refund.
