"Hootsuite is almost perfect but not quite."

What do you like best about Hootsuite? I love the ease of use with hootsuite and how it really helps streamline my work tasks. I have never used their customer service, so I cannot speak to that. I use this program every single work day. I think that there could be more features offered by hootsuite, but it does offer alot of great ones already. "Easy to use, better now than ever"

What do you like best about Hootsuite? When SO many things are virtual now, and we rely so much on the digital space, it's fantastic to have something that makes it easy to post to all platforms. It's easy to use, especially since platforms have various character limits and other things. Takes the guess work out of it. I can manage multiple clients at once. Love it. Complete scam. They intentionally display error when i tried to cancel my subscription. I will contact authority in Germany for fraud. Please do not waste your time or money.

Lists one price per month on its website but charges you nearly double after the trial period ended. I even contacted their customer service after the charge, who were dismissive and completely unhelpful. I just want the difference refunded which they are refusing. Won't be using again and our company will be researching other social media schedulers.
