"Great product, but pricey"

What do you like best about Hootsuite? The website is easy to use and it's easy to link your social media sites. It's also great to have the option to schedule stories on Facebook and/or Instagram. Overall, there's a minimal learning curve if you're new to Hootsuite or social media marketing. What do you dislike about Hootsuite? What do you like best about Hootsuite? Analytics - being able to obtain historical data that native analytics will not provide. What do you dislike about Hootsuite? Interface is clunky and can be buggy at times. Cannot attach pdfs within Hootsuite, have to post natively. What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you? More flexible posting. Obtaining analytics conveniently for long period of time.

Helpful, but too standardized

Easy to use service to helping continued posting. Downside is that you can't personalize it by adding own view or reason why you're posting it. The whole company having access can lead to an "overdose" of the same post

What do you like best about Hootsuite? I am able to schedule everything across all social platform at one time. What do you dislike about Hootsuite? There isn't much to dislike. "Time Management at it's finest"

What do you like best about Hootsuite? I love that I can create a single post and not only publish it across multiple platforms. I can schedule it for a specific date/time. Then I select each platform I want it to go to. We also love that we can colaborate as a team and all view what is scheduled to be posted and when. I would like there to be more posts to…

I would like there to be more posts to chose from on Hootsuite. When I've asked about it before I've been told that we should create our own posts on top of those that are available, but I don't have time to do that on top of selling and services policies. I need to be able to go to your site, schedule posts and move on... the system won't allow me to give you the email associated with my account. I began business development position five years ago at our company. Hootsuite was the most valuable tool so I could schedule social media posts across several platforms and free myself up for more visits to our referral sources, could not do my job without this tool! Thanks Hootsuite!

I couldn't manage our social media program without this tool. Easy and reliable. While the most active and robust social media campaigns post natively, this is the busy general marketer's best friend. Once a week, I schedule posts across three channels for the coming week and only have to check in once a while.
