Scam

Created a trial account. Got charged 585€. Contacted support, they said they can refund. Then they ghost me. You'd think you can trust a company with this strong brand, apparently not.

DISCUSSED!! TAKEN £561 FROM MY PAYPAL WITHOUT AUTHORISATION

I'm here to say the same thing everlasting has. I'm a small business looking to make my mark. Looked into hootsuite & quickly realised it wasn't quite what I needed. Downgraded to free version, & then had £561taken from my account without my authorisation. To which PayPal said I did authorise it! Anyway avoid this scam business!!!!
