Clunky, unreliable, no accountability...

Hootsuite gets 1 star because the site does work. However, the amount of posts that don't get sent, the clunky way to automate/schedule your posts and the lack of accountability on their part take them down to that 1 star rating. They seem one of the more self focused company I've dealt with in a while. They continue to make changes they consider improvements for their users, in reality it's just more stuff they feel is good without users input. Could be similar reasons why their rating is ...

What do you like best about Hootsuite? It was amazing to pre schedule post. You can save time and make sure you are always posting What do you dislike about Hootsuite? Needs better tutorials. Takes a little to get use to What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you? Lack of consistency. This helps me stay on track

I like that there is a clean interface that allows me to manage multiple social media accounts in one place with preemptive scheduling of posts and content and the ability to look back and see what has been commented on. What do you dislike about Hootsuite? You used to be allowed to have 3 social media accounts on their free plan, but it has since been reduced to just 2 social media accounts. What do you like best about Hootsuite? The ease of Hootsuite is probably my favorite part of it. It literally only takes a few moments to post on multiple platforms, with any images you want, and see how it looks in real-time. What do you dislike about Hootsuite? There's not really anything I dislike about it. I guess the interface could be a bit more updated and nice to look at, but overall I enjoy using it enough that it doesn't bother me. "Great product, but pricey"

What do you like best about Hootsuite? The website is easy to use and it's easy to link your social media sites. It's also great to have the option to schedule stories on Facebook and/or Instagram. Overall, there's a minimal learning curve if you're new to Hootsuite or social media marketing. What do you dislike about Hootsuite? They took my money and will not refund

They auto renewed with a huge price increase and took £561 from my account without my permission. They just say no refunds. Platform does not work very well and is not worth the money - total scam.
