"Nice for organization but few glitches"
What do you like best about Hiver? I really love how we are able to keep organized throughout the day and assign messages to different team members! Helps keep workflow and our team running smoothly! What do you dislike about Hiver? It tends to be delayed with our messages coming through all the time or the numbers on the side of the page are not accurate- can be confusing and a bit annoying for us and our customers when they don't hear back as quickly! What do you like best about Hiver? Hiver has streamlined our inbox! We used to have to respond to every single email with "done" so everyone else knew that it was taken care of, and Hiver made it so we didn't have to do that anymore! What do you dislike about Hiver? What do you like best about Hiver? Logical analysis of team members to analyze the efficiency What do you dislike about Hiver? Nothing much, all the features are up to date. What do you like best about Hiver? Hiver Analytics on Users & tagging feature is great What do you dislike about Hiver? Did not find anything to dislike. but sometimes pricing feels a bit high side. What do you like best about Hiver? The usability of Hiver is unparalleled. It's easy to roll out and learn. What do you like best about Hiver? Hiver lets us organize our shared mailboxes and distribute workload evenly. It's easy to set up and to use. It also let's us monitor our KPI and help us improve on service to our customers. It allows us to see the last conversation first on an email, which saves time when we don't have to scroll down through the entire thread. What do you like best about Hiver? Workload distribution access with individual performance records. What do you dislike about Hiver? The cost of using different automatic rules is a bit higher. "Great Product for Small teams to medium teams"
What do you like best about Hiver? Task assignment and analytics based on the tags assigned. What do you dislike about Hiver? Auto assignment is too costly and should be available in the same solution. What problems is Hiver solving and how is that benefiting you? I have a team of 13 people and I am easily able to manage their tasks using a shared email inbox which helps me analyze and assign each user tasks specifically.

What do you like best about Hiver? It allows you to manage workloads and team members, especially during absences. Allows for monthly reporting of volume and team member completion numbers. What do you dislike about Hiver? Learning curve if team members are not familiar with google and hiver, can be a learning curve.
