What do you like best about Hiver? The ability to tag team members in notes directly connected to specific communications. What do you dislike about Hiver? Does not smoothly integrate with Gmail and ends up affecting Gmail filters and labels. What problems is Hiver solving and how is that benefiting you? "There's no other option for a shared inbox workflow."

What do you like best about Hiver? It's been seamless for our remote sales team of over 30+ people to manage a shared inbox with the use of Hiver. We struggled a lot when scaling of who owned which thread and forwarding got incredibly messy. The team now can't live without it. What do you dislike about Hiver? What do you like best about Hiver? Super easy implementation to turn your inbox into a real support ticketing system. Works like a charm and I love the ability to create templates for common tickets. What do you dislike about Hiver? We've had it crash a few times which just requires a simple page refresh to fix so not a bit problem. I'd love it if it worked on Mobile too for working on the go. What do you like best about Hiver? We have multiple emails set up for our organizations programs. It's wonderful that we can assign the email to a unique person within the department. I also love that it keeps all my shared in one place so I can see what's assigned to me. What do you dislike about Hiver? I don't get the alerts on my phone like I do with my regular Gmail account.
