We used to have to respond to every single email with "done" so everyone else knew that it was taken care of, and Hiver made it so we didn't have to do that anymore! What do you dislike about Hiver? Some of the features are behind a paywall. We get it; it is a business and to keep offering an incredible product there definitely needs to be levels of service.
