"Very helpful for work"

What do you like best about Hiver? I like that I don't have to sift thought the entire inbox to know what is mine to do, I just need to look at what is mine What do you dislike about Hiver? I haven't found anything that I can think of at the time! What problems is Hiver solving and how is that benefiting you? Too many emails and people that share the inbox. Everyone knows now what is theirs and it only disappears when you mark it completed

What do you like best about Hiver? It is easy to collaborate with colleagues on responses to clients. What do you dislike about Hiver? Sometimes runs slowly when switching between inboxes and emails. It allows us to respond to customers and clients faster as we can have auto-responses to common inquiries so we can focus on providing a better service overall.

What do you like best about Hiver? No significant training is required, and it is easy to implement and deploy. No additional platforms are needed. The interface is intuitive. Good analytics as well. What do you like best about Hiver? I like that it gives you notifications and keeps you updated. It reopens tickets that may need attention that I have otherwise forgotten about, which is great! "Works very well for our theater"

What do you like best about Hiver? Hiver has been beneficial and a great asset to our all-volunteer 180-seat theater in the round in Annapolis, MD! Specifically, we use it for the box office team. We rotate days throughout any given week on who is monitoring emails. So, if I am not finished with a guest's request, I can tag the person for the next day and reassign to them with a note. What do you like best about Hiver? Helpful seeing what others are doing on the same projects so that we don't work on top of each other. What do you dislike about Hiver? I hate how inconsistent it is and it doesnt have all the features that I think a sharing feature like this should offer. What problems is Hiver solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Hiver? I enjoy the simplicity of function when it comes to Hiver. Retrieving, assigning, and responding to emails is very easy with Hiver.
