"Great for email management/team collaboration"

What do you like best about Hiver? Very easy to use. Provides great automation features. Makes email management very easy especially when multiple people need to work on the same email. What do you dislike about Hiver? None. Very convenient to use and provides alot of utility What problems is Hiver solving and how is that benefiting you? We get tons of emails in a day and this software helps us organize, manage, and take action on those emails in a very streamlined manner.

"Helps Organize Gmail Into a Manageable Format"

What do you like best about Hiver? Hiver provides reminders for SLA times on emails. They help by letting you create tags so you can organize your emails. What do you dislike about Hiver? "Best email management software we have found"

What do you like best about Hiver? Hiver streamlines our company processes. We are able to delegate work more effectively as well as notifying each other of work that needs to be done. The rules also save us time and prevent unnecessary clutter in our inboxes. What do you dislike about Hiver? The most frustrating thing is using Hiver with a shared company email. We would like more customization options with Hiver. What problems is Hiver solving and how is that benefiting you? "Hiver is a great shared inbox tool"

What do you like best about Hiver? I love the accessibility we have when using Hiver links and the ability to tag a coworker in a ticket while working through a ticket request. What do you dislike about Hiver? I would love a way to link tickets together more cohesively. What problems is Hiver solving and how is that benefiting you? Hiver is currently housing all of my company’s support inquiries and allowing us a shared inbox to work collectively with my coworkers.

There was a learning curve when setting Hiver up but overall its been a great addition. What problems is Hiver solving and how is that benefiting you? The shared inbox is essential for team cover and open communication.

What do you like best about Hiver? We've had some issues over the last six months. They were solved very quickly with the support chat. They have also had various suggestions that worked! What do you dislike about Hiver? The ease of use, and the visibility among the team. What problems is Hiver solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Hiver? The ability to assign work to multiple people and also see who last worked on a task if there is any confusion. Also the ability to label the type of task properly. What do you like best about Hiver? Logical analysis of team members for depth analysis. What do you dislike about Hiver? Nothing much may be on rarer occasions; it takes time to log in. What problems is Hiver solving and how is that benefiting you? Assigning mail and checking which member has having how much pending mail to resolve.

What do you like best about Hiver? Hiver has helped our department reply to emails quicker and in a more organized manner. What do you dislike about Hiver? Sometimes it does not load and it is hard to notice if there are any notes What problems is Hiver solving and how is that benefiting you? Transparency between agents results in a quicker response time. Everyone can see each other's emails so if an agent is out of the office, we can still assist the client.
