What do you like best about Hiver? What I like best is assigning emails to different team members. This ability helps our overall organization and work ownership. What do you dislike about Hiver? When you're working in a team, its a must to see who was the last touch of the email, and Hiver gives that option.

For our organization, Hiver solves the problem of being our help center when in need of assistance.

What do you like best about Hiver? If you need a ticketing system, but you cannot get rid of GMail, that's the best thing to add to shared mailboxes. It's also super easy to implement and use, as it's nicely integrated with GMail layout. I also appreciate the quick support from Hiver team in case we have any questions / feature requests / problems. What do you dislike about Hiver? What do you like best about Hiver? I like that it split the mails with in the team and also easy to monitor each and every mails. What do you dislike about Hiver? i dislike the video confrancing part in the hiver. What problems is Hiver solving and how is that benefiting you? yes it is good tool to manage the mails with the team as well as easy to monitor all the mails.

It also allows me to assign tags to emails and lets me see the best way to label things and keep my emails organized. Hiver makes looking at a shared email easier. What do you dislike about Hiver? I don't particularly appreciate that Hiver must select several emails and can't assign and tag in the same function. It makes you choose two different functions.
