WORST service EVER!!

WORST service EVER!!! Warning ... we lost all our files. Had them on google drive and shared them with HT. Then erased from drive thinking they were safe.. What they failed to tell (3 years ago and they still have not shared the info with their clients), because they don't tell you when you erase a file from Google drive it also erases from Hightail. Friendly user interface on how to transfer files for your customers

It has a simple layout and when downloading files, you only have to click the link that comes up. It has size limits but it's useful tool for sharing files

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I use this solution weekly as a work-around for clients that have some limits on size email they receive. We are able to send large files and photos that cannot be send otherwise. It is simple, intuitive and easy to use tool, it provides link for download and your job is done. Copy file function removed from Hightail ProPlan

(Update 22nd Sept 2020 : Hightail have now removed the copy function again) (Update : 15th Sept 2020 Hightail have now included back in the copy function (took about a week I think) for files between spaces for the ProPlan)I've used Hightail for many years. Worst cancellation experience

You sign up online with auto-renew, but you can't cancel it. When you finally find the page with the information about canceling you are instructed to email them your request. When you do that you get another email asking for more information (why don't they say what they need on the cancel instructions page). Then when they actually do cancel, the account itself is canceled immediately meaning you lose whatever remaining time you have even though you paid for it.
