Very smooth and intuitive!
What do you like best? My favorite feature, by far, is the search functionality. It works so well, and it's surprising how effective it is. What do you dislike? Nothing I can think of. Honestly everything works very well. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Usually searching for datasheets and other internal resources on the spot while on sales calls. The search functionality makes this very easy.

Highspot has mainly been used as training resource for my position.
What do you like best? The way everything is filtered and lined up for you based on your needs. What do you dislike? Sometimes the search results are little off. Recommendations to others considering the product: Work on the training modules when you first start, it'll save a lot of hassle rather than asking everyone where everything is. Great customer service via phone and online
What do you like best? Easy search for support and easy to request and schedule a call with a live person What do you dislike? I am learning how to use the bookmark feature to move content from one spot to another. Effective way to bridge the gap between sales and marketing teams
What do you like best? From a marketing perspective, the visibility into what pieces of content the sales team is using is immensely helpful. It helps us keep them accountable and provides insight into any gaps in materials. The user-friendliness (especially the search feature) is an added bonus. What do you dislike? Highspot is the internal/external document bible great for every employee
What do you like best? Highspot is crucial for me as a salesperson. We are a 1000+ person company and have a very complex internal mix of products and processes. What do you like best? I most enjoy the Highspot plugin/window on the contact and lead pages of our Salesforce instance.
