I love Highspot
What do you like best? The information that i can search for is seamless and easy What do you dislike? When i send a pitch it doesnt tell me how long they looked at it or who opened it. No details What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It gives me visibility to resources while im on a call. Great way to find things or search for information.

Highspot is a great sales and training resource
What do you like best? It is very easy to find content for sales training as well as collaterall to send to prospects. What do you dislike? When sending the same link to multiple prospects in a bulk email there is no way to see who is clicking the link. Great tool for communication insights
What do you like best? I like being able to track and see my communication data What do you dislike? I dislike that at times such insights are not available. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The benefits are that I can work more efficiently and have more information about the work I am doing.

Great sales tool.
What do you like best? Love that all of our marketing/sales content is in a single repository. Chrome integration is very handy. What do you dislike? Additional insight to see who is sharing/viewing our content would be very helpful. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? There's no more hunting through various systems/repositories to find the content when you need it.

Easy to Present Information
What do you like best? I like that Highspot is searchable and we can have an easy space to navigate. It's much better organized than a Google site (which takes lots of coding) or a Google Drive (hard to find for new users). I also like how each team can have it's own little area to store files, etc. What do you dislike? Sometimes I lose things! HIghspot is great!
What do you like best? I like that I can send marketing collateral by either inserting it into my Outlook emails via the Highspot Add-in or directly from Highspot to my prospects and customers. What do you dislike? Can't think of anything I don't like about Highspot. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am able to share strategic marketing collaterals more easily with my prospects and customers.

What do you like best? I like the tracking of my emails so that I know when prospects open my content What do you dislike? Difficulty setting up sequences tied to excel extract data What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Automatic entry of calls & emails with SFDC, tracking to see when content is shared/opened multiple times

Easy To Use!
What do you like best? Highspot G2 iis easy to use and intuitive, making it easy to learn and find information that is needed for my role. Highspot Makes My Job Easier
What do you like best? I love the ease of search function. I never have to worry about wild card search mechanisms. Also along the same lines, it's always available to me- I never have to login separately and I can easily access from my mobile.
