Better visibility for sales enablement content
What do you like best? Highspot provides a single repo for "marketing approved" content and makes it easy for sales to share it with good analytics. The content tagging and organization makes finding resources easier than storing it in Google Drive. What do you dislike? I use Highspot on a weekly basis.
What do you like best? The ability to track external pitches and having all documents in one hub. What do you dislike? The search function isn't as helpful at times. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Highspot is great to have all of the organization's internal and external documents. An issue we've been trying to resolve is to house all internal updates.

Efficient and easy to learn
What do you like best? I like that I can see what my reps are using and how often. It helps me develop the appropriate tools for them. What do you dislike?
