What do you like best? I like being able to track analytics - even though it doesn't always give me important/needed information. It is nice to see who is engaged when sending content and to see if prospects are engaged at all. It gives one place for all content and the filters are useful to get to content quickly. Highspot is so easy to use, even an idiot can figure it out.

What do you like best? I like how the interface is simple and easy to use. It is not visually intimidating to the eye. It makes is so much easier with the main content on the left hand side and it pops up recommended content. What do you like best? The ease of use. We evaluated several other tools that had similar capabilities. Highspot was the easiest from an administrative and end-user experience, which is key for adoption. What do you dislike?
