Highspot is a game changer
What do you like best? I love that all of the good stuff that our company produces, whether it is from marketing or from other sales colleagues, ends up in Highspot for us all to share. On our weekly sales calls, we share stories and the best bits end up in here. Then we get to choose those stories to share out with clients AND track. Highspot makes each day better. I can easily find the the latest and greatest content for my job!
What do you like best? The easy to use search-bar! The navigation is intuitive and provides a single source of truth for content I need to share with my customers. Highspot is our hub to manage content for internal and external use
What do you like best? I like how content organization is customizable based so that it's personalized to what our product does and how we sell. The fact that you can track interactions with the content is also powerful and the integration with Gmail. What do you dislike? Sometimes I find it hard to find the right content - I know that there is a ton of content stored in Highspot, but to be able to know how to get to the right piece of info takes me time and is frustrating. ...

Necessity for Your Sales Team
What do you like best? Before Highspot our organization was using a tool that was very similar. However, the user experience was not as good at Highspots! Our organization loves the ease of use, user experience, and customer support. We're so glad we made the switch. What do you like best? Collecting and distributing resources. Revenue generating. What do you dislike? No issues with HS just yet. I think a better interface would be a plus. What do you like best? Quickly sending valuable information to prospects and organizing all aspects of sales collateral. Saves time and effort putting together documents and images as it is all saved in the same place and fully build out and ready to use.
