What do you like best about Highspot? Easy to organize and find content. Makes content management scaleable for organizations with hundreds or thousands of assets. Analytics help us improve content organizations, labeling, and usage. For instance, looking at a search volume report we can see content CTRs. "One stop resource for sales demos and pitches"
What do you like best about Highspot? UX, and structure of information displayed. Flows well when you are live on a pitch or demo call and need easily referenced data points or talk tracks that are specific to the persona or audience you're meeting with. Great way to train new hires on flow of pitch and discovery as well, without requiring them to remember scripts.

"Highspot is the premiere choice for sending and tracking sales materials"
What do you like best about Highspot? Being on the marketing team, I like the ability to see what content is being pitched out and how well each piece is performing. Not only does it give me insights that I can pass on to our sales teams in order to help them sell more, but it also allows us to make sure that the content we put out is worthwhile. We can see what's performing well and what isn't so we can assess what content should be produced going forward.

"Amazing Sales Tool with Great Support!"
What do you like best about Highspot? Highspot has been a great tool to enable our sales team with serving content securely to our prospects. Our dedicated support team is imperative to our success, working with Jay Silvas and Napolean Huynh has been great! Their dedication to our team has been so helpful in our experience. The reporting/analytics functionality is also great so you can see what content your teams are using and what you can potentially get rid of.

What do you like best about Highspot? I like the search box where you may type in any phrase to find case studies, internal pitches, sales docs at my fingertips. I also like the sales enablement to find the most popular or most recent adds for forms/pricing/slides.

What do you like best about Highspot? Highspot is always listening to us the customer. They are constantly building out the best platform to serve us. They are very transparent with releases and helping us be ready to take advantage and set up health checks to make sure we are getting the most out of our deployment. A+ for customer service, A+ look and design, A+ for the analytics to prove that our instance is successful and how we can continue to grow content, sales training and closing deals.
