What do you like best about Highspot? HighSpot has significantly minimized the number of one-off requests from the Sales organization. We were getting requests for where to find content, RFPs, etc. on a daily basis and now I hardly ever get a request at all. What do you like best about Highspot? I love this products ease of use. I am able to filter thru hundreds of document in seconds using their search content bar. Since our company has switch to using this product it has made puling sales calendarial together a snap. I also like that all of our content is one location and gives our company a product of truth and a place that has the most updated documents at your fingertips.

What do you like best about Highspot? Helps alot to organize, and make available all of the corporate collateral in an environment that allow quick and easy edits, personalizations, and deployment. I find it particularly helpful in the tracking function in the materials I share from the platform. I found the platform to be easy to understand and very logical in the layout and functionality.

What do you like best about Highspot? Easy for the team to adopt, simple user interface, everyone at my company loves it. The search feature is incredible! And I absolutely love the account team we work with.

What do you like best about Highspot? Switching from plain & bad SE app to HS is similar to switching from a beat-up old car to a high-tech car. Manual work can be automated now, i.e. logging activities on SFDC, auto archiving, etc.

What do you like best about Highspot? I really like that in just a few clicks I can share documents with my clients and get alerts whenever they are seen. It is possible to see when those documents are shared with others and we can actually understand which documents are most viewed and from there get insights such as which internal features our clients have more questions on or are more interested in.

What do you like best about Highspot? Highspot makes it simple to upload, edit and then search for resources. I've used several platforms like this throughout my career and have found Highspot's search algorithms to be the best by far. They layout is well organized, simple, and thoughtfully designed. I'm also a big fan of how documents are automatically converted into PDF if you upload in other formats.
