I am not satisfied with GHL customer…
I am not satisfied with GHL customer support. When i have a very urgent support ticket, they say "we promise to give you an answer within a few hours" then days goes by, and no answer, so I need to follow up again and again. Fair enough if there is high demand, but then do not promise fast answers, then you take expectations up, and then fail to deliver on that, which just makes it more annoying
