I had a problem with my dedicated domain it connected then a few days later I wasn't receiving emails and talked to Tabassum and he pointed out the software added a third record on my DNS server and told me to remove it he was really helpful and at first, I didn't understand him I was wondering what he was talking about, but he guided me through it.

Once your in, you aint getting out
I've tried to cancel my subscription. Instead of a normal, automated procedure where your account is discontinued, Go High Level will contact you to confirm the account has been cancelled. First off, I think this is a shady procedure. I should be able to cancel my account outright when I want to. Secondly, nobody has contacted me in two weeks time whereas I've been charged for a period where my account was supposed to be cancelled. I've already filed twice for my account to be ...

Thank you Ashutosh for the great help! You helped me fix a problem with the dedicated domains so now i again can create new sub account without them going to the wrong domain. Even though my English is not that good it did not matter!
