This was the SECOND call I had to make…

This was the SECOND call I had to make for the issue. The first rep had ZERO idea what the simple resolution of the issue was, wasting 30 minutes of my life. This second call was going the same way--with over 30 minutes of wait time--and the initial rep did not know the answer. BUT...in this case, she brought in someone who DID know the answer...and we quickly resolved the matter. Great Communications through Zoom

Stuart got on Zoom with me today to attempt to solve an issue. He was really thorough even though he had to escalate the ticket. I was happy that he took time to get on Zoom and go over the issue. We shared screen and he knew very specifically what I was dealing with. It was great communication and very appreciated during a stressful time. Thanks!
