There are several issues with this company. Let me start with the payment and cancellation options. I signed up for the 14-day trial to test the app. After a few days, I wanted to cancel my subscription. You cannot simply cancel; you have to submit a ticket. However, the support team was unresponsive. I submitted multiple tickets to cancel, but they still tried to charge me. Fortunately, I used a demo card with limited funds.
