"I believe it is good, but has potential to be so much better"
What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? I think the layout and general user interface is fantastic, much easier to use than anything else I have used before in the past. Retrieving information is also pretty easy to do, but could be made easier.

"Easy to check info for HR and friendly for employees to use"
What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? The way it shows the info, due to with other ERPs I had to report employees information all the time and with Bob I can see it on their profiles with the historic information

What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? HiBob has a straightforward UI for everyone I know who interacts with it; they find it clear to use. Visually it appeals to and engages our employees. Self Service and reporting are two huge things in HiBob - these are developed in a way to give you the data needed to drive your business forward, and the self-service element supports line managers and employees to manage more of the day to day
