What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? I like the look & feel of the HRIS. It is easy to use also without a lot of training Really the system is very intuitive and flexible to use.

"User-Friendly, Visually Appealing, Easy to use for employees"
What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? Hibob's E-Sign feature. A handy feature that I use daily and recently got improved for cases when the original signer is on vacation. Nowadays, you can choose manually who the signee is. Back then, I had to go through each esign template to change the fields to myself whenever my coworker was absent. Other great features are their directory, org chart, task lists, club view, performance management cycles, and goals.

What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? I love the interface. It's very easy to use which drives engagement for the HRIS across managers and employees. It has lot's of integrations, particularly Teams & Team Tailor - 2 systems we also use.

What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? HiBob is the most user-friendly system I have ever used, and I'm sure my team would agree with me! Aside from that, the customer service we receive from our Account Managers, and the wider team, is amazing. They listen to our feedback and needs as a business and have put forward recommendations for developments to the system that would benefit us.
