What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? Straightforward implementation, easy and fast. What I like the most is the easy and fast display on the home page related to day off, shoutouts birthdays and so on.

What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? Hibob was straightforward to implement and roll out to employees. Over time we found several easy ways to use Hibob to automate key processes, such as employee onboarding and offboarding, and payroll via Pento. We've also integrated with our employee share plan tool, Capdesk. The employee experience is great - a friendly user experience that makes it easy to complete regular tasks.
