"Clean design, easy to use"

What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? Hibob handles complex data but does it in a very user friendly way so that HR professionals whether they are data-savvy or not, can easily configure and use this system to make their lives much easier and get great insights about their people. It has a good amount of integrations with other systems such as a payroll and ATS. On a technical front, we've also had no issues with downtime and data loads nice a quickly. What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? I love the customer support aspect - it's really handy to have a reply quickly when you need a question answered. Personally, I think that the HRIS is very user friendly.

What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? Easy-to-use tool, I have worked on before with HRIS systems, but Hi Bob is the most user-friendly, and I like the different modules, Performance review, and OKR setting, which align nicely with the need of an organization.

What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? It is very attractive to look at which makes it easy to navigate. Also, it is easy to update employee information and key details.

"I love it so initiative, but there is limitations and allot of work arounds that is not great"

What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? The overviews and the reports that I can easily access. The ease of importing data. The ease of sharing docs and reports. The task functions and the Dashboards. THe overview that managers have for their own teams. THe orgchart - would be great if we could show vacancies as well.

What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? Very user friendly, I barely have to provide any employees demos on how to submit time off requests, view policies, etc. It is a very sharp platform. Things are straight forward, and easy to find/use. Any questions or feedback are received and responded to in a timely manner. It has so many different aspects of it, though we have had HiBob for a year, I am still learning all that it provides.

What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? The UI, customisation, and value-added content and blog posts focus on building great culture. The self-help guides encourage independence which is helpful when looking for a quick response and don't want to wait to hear back from customer service. They innovate, and quickly which is the greatest thing about working with a start-up/scale-up.
