What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? Hi bob. Was created for HR use, which does work great, but as an IT specialist, I have to say this app was so useful for me. I use it generally since I need to communicate and have information with all the employees.

"Comfortable to use from Admin side and employees actually use it and love it."
What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? The UI and UX with needed features. The learning curve to start using Hibob was short and quick. It's finally an HR tool that is not form the 90s, but actually looks like tools now should look like. I like the api's it connects with - google calendar and Slack, helps to inform the team about holidays and vacations.

What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? The way that you can customise literally anything within the system! Don't like the name of something? Change it to suit your company! The other platforms we looked at didn't have as much as customisation as Bob.

What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? The automated workflows have made my life significantly easier and enabled a more consistent experience for every employee. The risk of outdated information has become almost null and employees have the ability to self-manage their personal information far easier than any other platform we've used before.
