"Very great reporting and information capture, some points of improvement"
What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? The information capture on your employees is incredible, you can add a lot in although some sections could be more customisable. The Reporting section is incredible and works extremely well. The flows and task lists could be a little bit more flexible although having this functionality in there is good. Talent section does exactly what we need it for!

What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? I helped implement some integrations in Hibob and had a lot of issues with mapping. Our contact at Hibob was knowledgeable and willing to assist with our problems, even if they were outside his purview.
