What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? I like Bob because he is an easy going lad that is very accessible and user friendly. He introduced himself to my managers in a very elegant way and no training needed to become friends with them.

"HR platform- designed for employees.. not HRIS"
What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? Hibob is the first HR platform that I've used, which has been designed for employees, not HR Partners or HR superusers. It's clear, easy and intuitive to find what you're looking for and to complete any action - quickly. I love that you can see your colleagues' calendars and manage your own which helps to schedule vacations and other events

What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? Easiest reporting of hours and requests for time off. Great directory of company employees and their info. Additionally love the feature to see who's recently joined and who's currently off. Als like the function for company announcements.
