What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? I've been using HiBob for almost 5 years now and have brough it into organisations whenever I change roles. It's a wonderful product that's easy to use with great functionality. It's more than just a HRIS; supporting engagement, performance management, talent and so much more.

"Great system with constantly improving features"
What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? The automation - great flows & task lists make sure nothing is missed and the process flows easily for all stakeholders. The events for launching annual salary reviews, flows for promotions/terminations/offboarding etc makes life so much easier for the People team and Managers alike.

What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? I find Bob really easy to use and has been seamless to implement within our business. As the People Assistant, I use Bob every day and in partcular find the reporting feature really straight forward and so great that it's customisable.

What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? From implementation to go live the the onboarding experience was great. We felt supported at every step and whilst there wasn't a solution for every little quirk we have as a business we are pleased to see one of our suggestions get implemented already!
