What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? HiBob has absolutely transformed our operations at my company. We have been able to auomate processes that we were doing manually, give employees more access and autonomy, and beyond that we have been able to provide an amazing employee experice from onboarding to offboarding. "A great HR tool for mid-market, growing businesses"
What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? HiBob offers a lot of flexibility in how we have been able to build up our processes for onboarding, employee changes, and offboarding. Coming from BambooHR, this has been a big improvement for us in how much we are able to customize the platform to our needs. We have really elevated our processes based on this and are working more and more now on integrations to strengthen them throughout our HR tech stack.

What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? The onboarding tool is excellent. New hires receive an email and move through a flow that gathers information and welcomes them to the company. It's a great experience and helps us optimise for a good first impression.
