What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? I love the data possibilities and having everything in one place. We were using spreadsheets before. Love the possibility of flows etc

What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? It provides a centralised place for all of our people needs. In the past we've had to use multiple tools to cover all of our needs. I also like to design and interface of HiBob. It's user friendly and looks good, which isn't the norm with these types of tools

What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? Bob is user-centric both from a user and admin perspective. It's able to be customised to support the organisation. This makes Bob a fantastic HRIS. Their Customer Support team are fast to respond and help with any issues that arise.

What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? I love the functions that allow you to find colleagues and learn about the teams. Also the reporting function is amazing. The support team are also really helpful and prompt in their replies.

"Simple but effective software"
What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? I love it's layout and it's functions are all easy to use. It's an easy system to find your way around and when you can't find/do something the support team and really helpful and quick with their responses.
