"Centralised HR, easier connections!"
What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? Everything is easily centralised thanks to the integration of various tools. The application allows us to request days off or confirm the days off. Surely, one of the most powerful aspects is automation (onboarding, offboarding, new employee creation, etc). Clear instruction for the users so we don't need to explain every time to the users as admins, they can easily discover the platform;

"Zero Complexity, Intuitive, Beautifully simple UI"
What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? Hibob has been a game-changer for me. It's straightforward to use and very intuitive. You don't need to learn how to use it. You start using it. It also provides a sense of community for our global team with the social media-like aspects of the tool. We are a delighted customer. Lastly, the value of what you get relative to the tool's cost is exceptionally high.
