What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? The ability for us to customise fields and specify what we want out of HiBob. Especially useful are the reports we can export for data analysis, assessment, and follow-on actions.

"Top overall HRIS tool"
What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? Top HRIS , it offers multiple tools that help our internal HR processes such as time off tracking and performance reviews. Very user friendly, no need of extensive training to onboard new employees. Customer support is one of their main strengths; no matter the issue, we are always able to recieve an answer in a matter hours. This is a tool that is simplifying our lives on a daily basis.

"Incredibly User Friendly and Constantly Improving"
What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? The system is extremely user friendly and our employees have taken to it very quickly. We rarely have any issues with employees being confused on how to work the system. At the same time, the information and functionality HiBob has given us on the administrator side is exceptional.

"Attentive Customer Service"
What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? The helpdesk and our CSM are always so helpful and provide solutions effectively. I always try to use Hibob HeartCore before reaching out to the helpdesk but whenever I do flag a ticket they are always so helpful and fix our problems!

"Great Product for our Business"
What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? Access to data - the org chart is fantastic, Manager's are happy that they have great transparency to their teams' information, Senior Leaders like the access to analytics. In the back office functions (HR, Finance etc) pulling information out is so simple and is helping ensure our data is correct due to the increased transparency. Also the flexibility of being able to buld processes and flows that work for us is great.
