Great product and helps me gain the insight that I need on what technology companies are utilizing.
What do you like best? We exclusively work with Salesforce, so it is nice being able to favorite that and see it pop up whenever I am prospecting new websites. What do you dislike? Sometimes inaccurate but overall great. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Knowing what technology companies are utilizing.

Very Useful - Depends on Your Industry
What do you like best? Focus extension works well at identifying underlying technologies deployed on a website. Deployed with many of our sales team. Good data vendor. What do you dislike? Focus extension only works if they already have the company in the database. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Understanding more about our market.

Helpful and noninvasive
What do you like best? It allows me to see what CRM prospects and customers are using. What do you dislike? For my purpose, nothing. It allows for me to receive all the information I need. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? HG Data allows me to see what CRM prospects are using to determine if my product works for them.

Great insights into technology across a large number of accounts.
What do you like best? Insights into which technology for marketing insights and messaging! What do you dislike? Didn't get a lot of insights into employee size/company size and revenue, which made it harder for marketing purposes to pull down a list that was segmented and more targeted. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Marketing can now identify targets for specific messaging based on the technology segments that people are using.

Solid tool for finding data
What do you like best? This tool is pretty neat. With a click of the button, you're able to find what software stack other companies are using - which is especially useful when you're in sales looking to find target compnies by system used. What do you dislike? The data isn't 100% accurate. I think it's a great starting point, and I've found it to definitely be more accurate than not - but would not rely 100% on the accuracy. What do you like best? Email address. Company information, seat size. What do you dislike? Outdated information. Often there is in correct or old contacts. Company information for small to medium size businesses (500 or Less) have little or no background information. Pay for premium services and the free version is very limited. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Contact list and company information.

What do you like best? I like knowing what is in my prospects tech stack before I reach out. It helps me qualify or disqualify a lead with a click of a button.
