Great for prospecting
What do you like best? HG Focus is just so easy to use. You are prospecting and you come across a company that might be a good fit. You look them up in HG focus and you instantly get a baseline of what they are running now and for how long. What do you dislike? Some smaller companies do not have great data. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Greater insight into prospects current state

HG is very informative and has provided a very positive experience.
What do you like best? Ease of use and info provided quickly. Also, very easy to install and get results quickly. What do you dislike? Nothing yet. Not sure why you want more info when I have nothing bad to say. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? Understand if a prospect is using a competitive product What do you dislike? Sometimes you do not have the particular category you are looking for What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Competition and what other systems they are using. Helpful to understand what they are using when talking about partners and integration.

Awesome and super helpful tool
What do you like best? it's crucial that I can tell what is in my prospect's tech stack...without HG Focus I'd be guessing at best What do you dislike? not enough data yet; some companies still not showing up sadly What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? insight into what accounts to go after based on what is in their existing tech stack

Easy to use and great, useful results for my position
What do you like best? I love that HG Focus sits directly on my Chrome bar and I can access it easily. I also love how easy to read the results are. The UI is great and helped me out in my old role as an ADR tremendously. What do you dislike? Sometimes Data was outdated. For larger companies who used lots of software, I wish there was a way to view all of their systems in one screen instead of having to scroll. What do you like best? The best thing about HG Focus is the intelligence it provides on installed technologies for sales prospects. This information is invaluable for software providers that rely on specific installations for their product to be a fit. The seamless integration has been a plus as well.
