What do you like best about Helpshift? I enjoy the feature of tagging and sharing without showing it to the customers. What do you dislike about Helpshift? Inability to combine tickets together, would be great to have a way to do this What problems is Helpshift solving and how is that benefiting you? Contacting customers in a quick and precise way that is logged for other people.

What do you like best about Helpshift? It's a thrill to get to talk to the makers of the game, ask questions and give comments. The tool just works, always in each game that I've been able to use it in. What do you dislike about Helpshift? "All your needs in one great program"
What do you like best about Helpshift? I love the way that you can tag tickets that come in easily and then search for them later by tag. I also really like the different folders/queues that you can assign tickets to. Another great feature is the ability to insert FAQ that saves time. What do you dislike about Helpshift?
