What do you like best about HelpCrunch? It breaches the gap between live chat and email your users, not to mention it also covers the support department. You can set email sequences for the people who you have talked with!

What do you like best about HelpCrunch? I wanted this extension for my website for a while. The best in one word : simplicity. You put one piece of code in your website and you are good to go ! The little window appears on the bottom corner and anyone can chat with you ! Incredible. There are many options that make life easier in the settings.
