Helpcrunch is a great combination of supporting customers through live chat, keeping them updated through emails and guiding and supporting them through knowledge base. What do you like best about HelpCrunch? So far we still haven't used Helpcrunch to it's potential, st at the moment the best feature we feel is the ability to forward emails from our support address to our Helpcrunch account and then communicate with the client from within the portal. It's all tracked and is wonderful for reporting.
