What do you like best about HelpCrunch? Helo crunch's ease of use. I got up and running on the platform in less than 5 minutes. The introduction UI gave me an up to speed breakdown of what I can do and where to go to get things done.

What do you like best about HelpCrunch? The best part I like about helpcrunch is the ability to grab user attention through in-app message and contact user directly form the app by sending email. Creating segments and personalizing messages based on target user on specific pages.

What do you like best about HelpCrunch? The helpcrunch platform is comprehensive, allowing for my use to grow as my business does. Curently I use the marketing automation, which works well. I like that you can segment users into groups and later filter them based on time zone, locale, last seen, number of visits etc to tailor my sales funnel/email sequencing.
